Reservations
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for June 14-20, 2009 at the rate of $189 plus 15.6% tax per night (single/double occupancy).
To reserve under this rate:
- Go to http://www.marriott.com/seasm
- Under Check Rates & Availability, type in your arrival and departure dates
- The group code will automatically populate: ACMACMA
- Click on “Reserve a Room” - Group information will pull up
- Follow remaining directions to complete your reservation
- A credit card is required to make reservations. Card must be valid through check-out date.
- A room has not been confirmed unless a confirmation number is given to you.
Reservations must be received on or before Friday, May 29th, 2009. (Deadline extended)
If a message appears that rooms are no longer available in the group block, please send an email to group_rooms@renaissanceseattle.com with the group name in the subject line. Please include the following: name, roommate (if applicable), arrival date, departure date, credit card, daytime telephone number and special requests.

ACM SIGMETRICS is contractually obligated to fill a guaranteed block of rooms at the Renaissance Hotel. Significant financial penalties will be assessed if SIGMETRICS/Performance 2009 falls short of the expected number of guest rooms committed. By staying at the conference hotel, you will enjoy the convenience of residing at the conference venue, and to a far greater extent, provide valued assistance in support of SIGMETRICS' financial obligations.
Cancellation Policy and Parking
The cancellation policy on room reservations is 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Any cancellations received after this date will be charged one night's room and tax as a cancellation fee.
Parking is available. Daily rates are: $28.00 self or $32.00 valet (taxes not included).
Garage height clearance is 6’2.
